Welcome to our collection of Morris & Co wall coverings. William Morris is a colossal figure in British interior design, and his company created patterns which are still tremendously popular today. They don’t just appear on wallcoverings, like those below, but also on cushions, umbrella stands, waste bins, firescreens and, of course, fabrics.

William Morris began designing wallpapers in the 1860s, and these were hand printed by Jeffrey & Co. in London using wood blocks and mineral based natural pigments. Morris created stunningly beautiful wallpapers which seemed to capture the randomness and symmetry of nature.
